Our Solution
This was a ground up rebuild of services, policies and retraining. We constantly updated management by providing custom traffic light reports, developed onboard and off board systems, policies and fixed deployment and planning processes. It’s difficult to convey the amount of work we did to meet compliance for this client.

Results/Impact
We were able to demonstrate compliance which allowed the users to continue accessing secure external services. This literally saved the client’s business, but that’s only the start of the benefits from having Servicemax on your side. Employee efficiency was improved, communication, access to business data, cybersecurity and safety were improved.
