Adam Connor Biography

Adam has over 20 years experience in the Mac and IT industries. He was previously owner at Total Recall Solutions Pty Ltd (TRS), a Professional Markets Apple reseller in North Sydney. TRS was a service oriented business focussing on small business and verticals such as graphic design, advertising, video and audio production amongst others. During his 15 years at TRS, the company was awarded finalists in the NSW Small Business Awards (twice), and a place in the BRW Fast 100 Fastest growing Small Businesses in Australia. During this time, it was common for Apple to bring international visitors through the store to demonstrate best practices in action.

In 1996, he achieved the status of ‘Certified Apple Engineer’- a distinction awarded to only about 20 people in Australia. He also amassed almost every other technical qualification that Apple offered. The service centre also took on- and solved- several technical issues that Apple themselves could not.

Adam’s approach to an IT issue is holistic- simply treating the symptoms will not always make the problem go away. He spends the time with clients to find out what needs to be done at the core, and can explain complex issues simply, work within budgets, and solicit feedback from stakeholders, providing outstanding outcomes.
